Weekly Reminders The Trim Castle Singers from Ireland will be performing a concert here tomorrow night at 7pm in the church with a reception to follow in the parish hall. Please join us for a unique experience! A reminder that we still have tickets available for the CTK Night at the Pawsox on August 6. VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL Vacation Bible School is June 28 – July 2 from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. for children in grades K – 5. A Pre-K class is available for helper’s children. The theme is Creation: A Sign of God’s Love and will feature Old and New Testament stories, songs, drama, arts and crafts. We need music and craft leaders! Forms are on the RF bulletin board in the hallway. For more information contact Arlene Reynolds at 789-5116. Please return your forms and payment for Vacation Bible School as soon as possible. NOTICE The bulletin will NOT be printed July 18 and August 1. Anyone who needs a notice in the bulletin, please check this schedule and submit your notice with enough time for publication. Religious Formation Notes
CLASS REGISTRATIONS FOR 2010 – 2011 Religious Formation classes are provided to assist all parents in helping their children to learn about and grow in life-long faith. Registrations for Fall Religious Formation classes will be taken at 789-0417 until June 11. Only new students and Catholic school students who will be preparing for a sacrament need to register. (Catholic school: Grade 2: First Communion; Grade 5: First Reconciliation; Grades 9/10: all Confirmation students) If your child was active in the program this year, you do not need to register. SPEAKING OF FALL CLASSES… Many teachers are returning next year, and others are already requesting specific grades. Please consider your time and talent in this ministry. We have openings for teachers, team-teachers, and classroom aides at many levels. Please call us to discuss sharing your talent in our RF program at 789-0417. HOME STUDY EVALUATIONS If your child has been working on a home study program for Religious Formation, please contact the RF office at 789-0417 as soon as possible to schedule an interview. Students who do not successfully complete the process may not advance to the next level. CONFIRMATION Important information for incoming Phase II candidates: All paperwork is NOW DUE in the office.
