Our Purpose
Our committee will discuss opportunities to make the parish more responsive to parishioner needs and interests and make recommendations to the parish council to increase engagement. Our clear priority is to address the areas identified and measured by the parish survey.
Membership
Our Committee is an open committee. Any meeting may find regular attendees, some who have decided to attend because of a specific topic, others whose talent in a particular area meets the committee’s need, or the just plain curious. Everyone who is a registered CTK parishioner is welcome.
Logistics
Meetings will be held in the parish hall, round table format.
Open Committee
All meetings shall be open. Planned meeting dates with agenda items will be posted in the bulletin and emailed to parishioners. Meeting minutes will also be shared with everyone. Click on buttons below to learn more about each committee's focus areas.

Philosophy
Keep the meetings focused, organized, participant work level small, and meeting duration appropriately short. Attendance at every meeting while encouraged is not required. Frequent communication will allow all parishioners to be informed and make contributions. This awareness will allow stewards to identify the opportunity to contribute the things they do best. Match a need with a steward’s talent. This should be fun, energizing, and fill the meeting with hopefulness about the possibilities.
